This course will introduce you to coffee cultivation,quality and freshness and the basics of sensory analysis. The course will also look into what defines a quality coffee from roasting to coffee extraction and water quality.

With successful completion of the course you will receive a Certificate from the SCA and gain 10 points towards your SCA diploma.
