How long does my coffee last?

We suggest our coffee is good for 6 weeks after the roast date - although this is subjective and some last much longer. Please be aware ground coffee goes stale more quickly than wholebean.

When do you ship and how long will my order take to arrive?

In brief we aim to ship same or next day via Royal Mail 24 - which takes 1-3 days to arrive. Orders over a certain weight will ship via DPD and usually take 2 days from order date. Please see here for more info.

Can I visit the roastery?

Yes! We’re open weekdays usually from 10am-3pm

How should I store my coffee?

Our 250g and 500g bags have ziplocs and one way gas valves so coffee is fine to store in these. Our 1kg bags cannot be resealed so we advise using an airtight container for these.

Do I pay VAT on coffee?

No! All coffee products are exempt of tax. We only add VAT to our non-coffee products. 

How does local pickup work?

Our roastery is open Monday-Friday 10-3 and so you are able to pop by and pick up your order whenever you wish!
