We aim to ship orders received by 12:00 on the same day.

We ship orders using the following services:

Please note we’re only open Monday – Friday, orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following Monday.

• Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 – Royal Mail provides a fully tracked service with an attempted delivery either the next day (24) or the day after that (48).
  • Tracked 24 will also attempt Sunday deliveries!
• DHL Next Day – Packages are shipped via DHL for next working day delivery (Monday-Friday)
• The service chosen does not affect despatch timing, despatch is based on stock/roasting and booked collections.

We do not ship outside of the United Kingdom.
