The Barista Skill foundation course will give you all the skills you need to start your coffee coffee journey as a Barista.
With industry recognised certification from the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) and guidance from our in house AST (Authorised ‘SCA’ Trainer) you will learn:
- How to use a grinder and espresso machine
- Making espresso
- Steaming Milk
- Latte art for beginners
- Health and safely
- Customer service
This full day course combines theory with practical experience and includes an online examination to be completed within 21 days of the course.
With successful completion of the course you will receive a Certificate from the SCA and gain 5 points towards your SCA diploma.
