Crazyhorse coffees are where things get beautifully weird. Experimental processes, yeast and fruit infusions with flavours turned up to 11. They could be from any particular origin, we’ve had Crazyhorses from Burundi, Colombia and Honduras all with tons of fruity and fermented flavours, balanced by great sweetness. They are not for everyone, but those who love them, love them madly! Clever Dripper or Aeropress to brew all that fruity sugary goodness / espresso can be tricky but deliciously rewarding.
