Chateau coffees are usually from East Africa, from origins such as Ethiopia or Kenya, although we have also had them from Colombia and India. We choose coffees that have a beautiful balance of floral, citrus or berry notes, complemented by excellent sweetness and body. Chateaus are ideal for a V60 or Aeropress to create a clear and sweet brew or a super balanced espresso with well defined acidity and sweetness.
